Its video sales letter approach has contributed to more than $45 billion in AUM pipeline for financial advisors nationwide.
The company works with a performance-driven approach and serves clients who expect qualified appointments at an agreed cost per appointment, along with the right show and close rates for the economics to work. As the business enters a period of rapid growth, it is looking for a Senior Video Editor to take ownership of editing work and contribute end to end.
Role Overview
In this position, you will produce short-form video content designed to keep viewers engaged, strengthen brand consistency, and perform well at scale. The role calls for a sharp creative sense, careful attention to detail, and the ability to reliably turn out several pieces of content each day.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form videos with a strong focus on viewer retention and engagement.
- Keep visuals aligned with the brand’s established identity and style.
- Produce multiple polished videos every day.
- Work closely with teammates and communicate clearly and quickly.
- Stay on schedule and deliver within deadlines in a fast-moving production setting.

Requirements
- Advanced command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid experience with Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Background editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Demonstrated ability to create videos that hold attention effectively.
- Strong visual judgment and creative direction.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Quick response time and efficient turnaround.
- Strong English fluency.
- Availability to work across U.S. time zones.
