About Everllence

Everllence, previously called MAN Energy Solutions, delivers propulsion, decarbonization, and efficiency technologies for shipping, the energy sector, and industrial operations. With a mission of “Moving big things to zero,” the company focuses on helping major industries reduce emissions that are difficult to eliminate. Headquartered in Germany, it has approximately 15,000 employees working across more than 140 locations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out commissioning, routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of diesel engines, generators, turbochargers, and associated equipment, following approved procedures and work instructions.
  • Complete LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis) before work begins and strictly follow HSE rules, including correct PPE use and reporting of incidents.
  • Plan and coordinate service work by arranging required spare parts, tools, technical documents, and assembly methods before deployment.
  • Act as the on-site technical lead, guiding technicians, serving as the main technical contact, and assisting with troubleshooting, performance testing, and root-cause investigations.
  • Support MAN ES and third-party customers with assembly, dismantling, and overhaul tasks in accordance with MAN standards.
  • Gather technical information, prepare service documentation, review maintenance data, and suggest improvements using standard software tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure timesheets are filled out correctly and maintain ongoing communication, training participation, and compliance with MAN maintenance and HSE policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in heavy equipment, marine operations, or power plants.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, instructions, sketches, detail explanations, and sectional drawings.
  • Working knowledge of HSE, environmental, quality, and safety standards.
  • Readiness to travel internationally as required.
  • Capability to draft technical reports using Microsoft Office.

Preferred knowledge

  • Exposure to engine systems and related accessories or auxiliaries such as separators, coolers, and filters.
