Job Summary
We are looking for a vigilant, organized Site Supervisor to manage retail fit-out and interior construction activities. In this role, you will keep day-to-day site execution on track, confirm that workmanship meets premium standards, and help ensure every phase is completed on time and according to approved plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Be present on site every day to monitor contractor activity closely and follow each stage of work to maintain productivity and schedule discipline.
- Check that structural and decorative works are carried out exactly as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Confirm that only the specified approved materials are used, based on the design documents, bills of quantities, and estimates, while protecting finishing quality from any shortcuts.
- Take accurate measurements at new store locations before design work begins and prepare the survey information in AutoCAD format.
- Coordinate several construction jobs at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Ability to move quickly between sites and maintain consistent supervision standards across locations.
- Willingness to travel and relocate within Saudi Arabia as project requirements change, including cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
- Strong eye for detail when reviewing premium materials and luxury finishes such as wood, acrylic, gypsum, glass, and LED systems.
- Professional but firm communication style when working with contractors, including documenting meeting minutes and escalating issues when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail fit-out and interior construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, which is essential for the role.
