Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Solutions Developer located in Harare, Zimbabwe. The primary focus of this role is to conceptualize, build, test, and maintain software applications designed to meet specific business requirements. Key responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing user needs, producing comprehensive technical documentation, and working closely with diverse teams for the successful implementation and deployment of solutions. The developer will also be tasked with diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring that software is scalable and performs efficiently, and actively participating in the ongoing enhancement of development methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar
• Experience with software design, development frameworks, and database management systems
• Knowledge of system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration technologies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in the logistics, agriculture, or real estate sector is a plus
