About the role

Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som is looking for an experienced and dedicated Spa Therapist to create high-quality wellness experiences for guests. This position focuses on delivering tailored treatments, upholding exceptional hygiene and care standards, and supporting a refined spa atmosphere that encourages relaxation and overall wellbeing.

What you'll do

• Provide guests with professional spa, body, facial, and wellness therapies.
• Evaluate each guest’s needs and suggest suitable treatments and services.
• Keep treatment rooms, tools, and consumables clean, organized, and ready to the highest standards.
• Prioritize guest comfort, safety, privacy, and wellbeing throughout every appointment.
• Document treatment details accurately and comply with resort rules and operating procedures.
• Help maintain a warm, polished, and premium guest experience.

Candidate profile

• A diploma or recognized certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a similar discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a luxury resort, wellness retreat, or five-star hotel.
• Hands-on experience with different massage, body, and facial treatment techniques.
• Good understanding of spa products, treatment procedures, hygiene practices, and health and safety requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and guest service abilities.
• A professional image, upbeat attitude, and excellent people skills.
