State Large Facility Manager

Role overview

Jio is hiring a State Large Facility Manager for its Coimbatore location. The role focuses on keeping utility systems and network facilities running reliably, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting facility operations to agreed service levels.

Experience and education

Candidates should bring 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. The preferred educational background is B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the core team to resolve critical issues promptly.
• Maintain 100% uptime for utility equipment and network facilities as far as operational requirements allow.
• Monitor utility alarms and ensure they are closed within the defined service level agreement.
• Track and document the power consumption of utility equipment.
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility assets.
• Share project status updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Prepare and upkeep MIS reports and other monitoring documents to track efficiency.
• Follow established quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Perform level 2 rectification work on utility equipment when required.
• Oversee ownership and operation of large facilities and project activities in line with SLA commitments.
