Role Overview

This is a practical, hands-on retail support position for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-moving team environment. The role helps keep store operations running smoothly across the shop floor and back-of-house warehouse areas. You will assist with customer order pickups, stock movement, goods receiving, furniture assembly, and general store and warehouse organisation.

Key Duties

• Load outgoing weekly trucks and containers carefully and accurately.
• Help customers collect their orders in a smooth and professional way.
• Assist the sales team by moving stock and products to the shop floor as needed.
• Record incoming goods correctly in the company system.
• Assemble furniture with care and attention to detail.
• Follow all occupational health and safety requirements in daily work.
• Keep the store and warehouse clean, orderly, safe, and well maintained.
• Work cooperatively with the team, use initiative, solve problems, and stay effective in a busy environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar warehousing or distribution support role.
• Confidence using computers and common applications such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A strong service mindset and a willingness to help customers and achieve results.
• Physical capability to safely handle furniture and other products.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A dependable, committed, proactive, and self-motivated approach with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items of different sizes as part of the normal duties.

Additional Information

Applicants must already be an Australian citizen, Australian resident, or hold a valid visa with the right to work in Australia.

The roster is as required, with availability needed on Tuesday from 6:00am to 2:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
