Qualifications and experience
A suitable candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a similar technical discipline. Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs and system implementations is also important.
Skills and working style
This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and the ability to convert business needs into practical technical solutions. The person should communicate clearly with technical, operational, and business stakeholders, and have a proven record of leading complex cross-functional change initiatives.
