About the role
PVH is hiring a detail-focused and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee production and shipping from start to finish. The position is centered on delivering products on time and at the right cost, while keeping records accurate and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across regional and global teams.
Reporting to the Supply Operations Manager, this role contributes to smoother operations, helps reduce supply chain risks, and supports ongoing improvement work in a busy, fast-moving environment. The position is based at the Head Office in Sydney CBD at 388 George Street, 2000, and is a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract with a weekly blend of work from home and office attendance.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on production progress with vendors, buying offices, and regional hubs to help ensure shipments leave on schedule.
- Develop productive relationships with factories and vendors so that quality, quantity, and timing targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate closely with logistics partners to support full and correctly documented deliveries.
- Work with 3PL providers to keep warehouse activity and inbound handling running efficiently.
- Monitor incoming shipments and share timely status updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep inventory moving smoothly and reduce supply disruptions.
- Create, update, and check the accuracy of master data and purchase orders in SAP and connected systems.
- Administer vendor master data in line with global vendor management system requirements.
- Keep pricing conditions and records in SAP and Infor aligned and accurate across platforms.
- Prepare clear inbound visibility reports to support business decisions.
- Contribute to supply chain improvement and optimisation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in retail, apparel, or FMCG.
- Background working with international vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain activity, including production, transport, and distribution.
- Hands-on experience with ERP tools, especially SAP, and familiarity with Infor Nexus or similar systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability for analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical thinking and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
