Role overview
This position is for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst focused on reverse logistics and supply chain execution. The role supports carrier services logistics by improving daily process performance, handling exceptions, and helping maintain service and productivity targets.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of carrier services logistics activities to help meet monthly performance goals.
- Investigate and close delivery exceptions when shipments reach a customer with overages, shortages, damage, or refusals.
- Coordinate refused and damaged product handling with carriers and internal teams during delivery processes.
- Prepare customer credits or debits when shipment variances require portal-based disposition.
- Handle approval workflows for transportation accessorial charges on outbound shipments.
- Track and report carrier accidents involving orders and stock transfer orders during delivery.
- Share freight claim updates with carriers and review unresolved claims in regular meetings with the Carrier Service Manager.
- Monitor disputes in High Radius related to refusals, redeliveries, overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
- Follow open freight claims through to closure and support collections-related follow-up where needed.
- Manage pool carrier returns and the fumigation process to enable customer credit processing.
- Keep customer return cases moving and support timely resolution.
- Work closely with team members, staying constructive, responsive, and focused on better service and lower cost.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; logistics, business, marketing, communication, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is expected.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry, Windows, spreadsheets, and database tools.
- Working knowledge of electronic data interchange and associated transaction flows.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and process handoffs such as SAP.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and carrier operations.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, related policies, transaction types, and performance measures.
- Awareness of customer operations, customer requirements, product characteristics, and inbound distribution needs.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Good follow-through, adaptability, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with working in a fast-changing environment.
- The role may involve rotational shifts.

The position involves solving lower-complexity problems and working primarily with peers before escalating or updating supervisors. Client and management interaction may be limited.
