Its mission is to put user privacy first by creating an internet experience built around individual choice and opt-in control. The product acts like a virtual cloak that you can use while browsing sites such as Facebook or Amazon, allowing you to decide whether to share all, some, or none of your personal information.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on recruiting position that will play a key part in growing strong technical teams during an important stage of the company’s expansion. You will serve as the main hiring partner to leadership, guide searches from the first conversation to final closure, and help shape how the company attracts and secures top talent.
The role combines day-to-day recruiting execution with strategic partnership. You will source, screen, and close candidates while also working closely with hiring managers to build efficient and scalable hiring processes.
What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Manage recruiting end to end across multiple levels and functional areas.
- Act as the main contact for candidates from first outreach through offer acceptance.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to align on role needs, candidate profiles, and interview structure.
- Advise stakeholders on market conditions, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks.
- Keep hiring processes aligned, moving, and on schedule.
- Evaluate candidates through thoughtful screening conversations to gauge technical foundation and role fit.
- Create a responsive, high-touch candidate journey.
- Coordinate interview loops to improve speed, consistency, and hiring signal quality.
- Own offer strategy and closing in partnership with leadership and hiring managers.
- Discuss candidate motivations and win top talent in competitive markets.
- Present offer packages clearly, including salary, bonus, and equity upside.
- Help design and improve interview scorecards, workflows, and hiring processes.
- Document recruiting playbooks and best practices for repeatable hiring.
- Spot bottlenecks and drive process improvements across recruiting operations.
Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing startup settings.
- A strong record of hiring across different disciplines and seniority levels.
- Solid sourcing ability, including engagement of passive candidates.
- Comfort working closely with technical teams and influencing hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for early-stage or Series A/B startups.
- Exposure to modern engineering stacks such as JavaScript, React, Node, Python, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience creating or improving interview processes from the ground up.
- Background in employer branding or recruiting operations initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
The company offers compensation above market rates, with pay structured as a mix of salary, bonus, and equity based on commercially available market data. The stated compensation range is $120,000 to $160,000.

Compensation Range
$120K - $160K
