Role Overview
We are hiring a Contract Technical Recruiter to support a fast-growing healthcare technology business. In this fully remote position, you will work closely with hiring managers to find, attract, and close strong technical talent for roles across engineering, product, data, and IT.
This opportunity is a strong fit for a recruiter who performs well in a high-speed environment and has recruited for technology-led companies in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or other regulated settings.
Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruiting cycle, from the initial intake discussion through offer acceptance.
- Work with hiring managers to shape sourcing plans and outline ideal candidate profiles.
- Find, assess, and connect with both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting resources.
- Carry out recruiter screening calls and organize interview rounds with hiring teams.
- Deliver a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and keep candidate data up to date in the applicant tracking system.
- Share market intelligence and hiring suggestions with business leaders.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to help keep hiring decisions moving on schedule.
- Create and sustain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience across the full hiring cycle.
- Background recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, product, or similar technical positions.
- Prior recruiting exposure in healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare IT, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and comparable recruiting tools.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort managing several open requisitions in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulated hiring practices.
Compensation and Work Setup
This is a 100% remote contract role based in the United States.
Pay is set at $50 per hour on a W2 contract basis.
