Training Specialist, AMZL

Role overviewThe Last Mile learning team is hiring a Training Specialist to support operations training across the last-mile business. The role is focused on strengthening employee capability through well-planned, effective learning programs that improve workplace performance and support the organization’s core values. The position is based in Tirupati Urban, Andhra Pradesh, and covers EDSP delivery stations across the state.Trainer expectationsListen actively to associates and support managers in a constructive way.Respond to requests promptly and follow through reliably.Set the standard through your own actions and behavior.Remain approachable and easy to engage with.Maintain professional conduct at all times.Stay current on updated techniques, tools, and processes.Be truthful, take responsibility, and acknowledge mistakes when needed.ResponsibilitiesTrack structured learning metrics and review performance outcomes for the assigned territory and region.Own the end-to-end management of live performance metrics for the assigned area.Deliver training on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning methods, based on business needs.Conduct continuous learning sessions and other training programs as required.Maintain records and perform analysis using Excel-based reports according to business requirements.Ensure timely completion of new joiner training, coaching, and other performance improvement initiatives.Work with operations leaders during station audits to verify process compliance and address gaps quickly.Identify learning coaches and complete their certification.Lead individual improvement projects aimed at improving business performance.Travel to nearby EDSP stations as part of the role.QualificationsHands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong written, spoken, and presentation communication skills.Experience delivering training or information sessions to associates and team leader-level employees is preferred.Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English is preferred.Additional informationThis organization follows an equal opportunity approach and also offers workplace accommodation or adjustment support during the application, interview, and onboarding stages for candidates who need it.Company detailsCompany: ASSPL - Andhra Pradesh - E88.
