Role overview
This contract opportunity is for a UX/UI specialist supporting a client project focused on improving digital experiences for a platform used by a global audience. The work centers on shaping intuitive, polished interfaces for web and mobile products, from early concepts through high-fidelity execution.
What you’ll do
- Create and refine interface elements for both web and mobile experiences.
- Partner with product and engineering teams so design solutions are practical to build and aligned with technical constraints.
- Plan and run user research and usability checks, then use the feedback to improve the product.
- Build and maintain design systems such as style guides and reusable component libraries.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs that improve usability and presentation quality.
Skills and qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX/UI projects and case studies.
- Working knowledge of user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Good understanding of typography, colour use, and general design principles.
- Ability to work on your own and juggle several design assignments at once.
