Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About the Role

SmartWin Agency is looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can produce polished video edits and static visuals for high-performing campaigns across several client accounts.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or a closely related discipline is required.
• Between 1 and 3 years of hands-on experience in both video editing and graphic design.
• Well-developed editing ability, with a good sense of pacing and a careful eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Comfortable working with Adobe applications, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Capable of handling deadlines, receiving feedback quickly, and responding professionally.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both motion/video edits and static design work.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form and mid-length video content for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop static ad and social graphics, including posts, stories, carousels, and banners.
• Maintain quality and brand alignment while producing work for multiple client accounts.
• Turn creative concepts into several variations to support testing and scaling efforts.
• Work closely with the Account Manager and the creative team to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Keep project files organized, ensure smooth handoffs, and follow a clear production process.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating performance-focused ads designed to convert.
• Background working with education, medical, SaaS, or B2B brands.
