Role overview
As a Villa Host at Hilton Salwa in Qatar, you will be the point of contact who helps create a welcoming and memorable stay for guests. The role goes beyond handling reservation requests; it focuses on delivering warm, polished hospitality that leaves a positive impression on every visitor.
What you will do
- Answer guest and team queries quickly, courteously, and in a professional manner.
- Turn booking enquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Enter and manage reservation details carefully to keep records accurate.
- Increase room revenue by recommending services, add-ons, and upgrades when appropriate.
- Assist with sales-related enquiries and help identify leads that could support future business growth.
