Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Source, review, and shortlist people interested in volunteering.
- Create and run training sessions that prepare volunteers for their assignments.
- Assign volunteers to suitable tasks by aligning their abilities and interests with organizational needs.
- Organize volunteer timetables and oversee day-to-day participation in activities.
- Offer continuous guidance, encouragement, and supervision to volunteers.
- Acknowledge volunteer efforts and ensure their contributions are valued.
- Keep accurate volunteer documentation and compile reports when needed.
Qualifications
