This role is with Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The position is focused on delivering attentive food and beverage service and maintaining a high, steady standard of guest experience.
Role Summary
You will be expected to provide guests with prompt, professional, and dependable service. The position calls for a polished approach to serving food and beverages, while staying flexible and courteous to help drive strong guest satisfaction.
Key Duties
You should understand the food and beverage offerings in depth so you can confidently suggest suitable combinations, encourage additional purchases, and present services in a way that enhances the guest experience.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Prior exposure to hotel operations for at least one year is required. Strong customer service ability, along with clear communication and good interpersonal skills, is essential.
