Role Overview

Virtusa is hiring a Workday professional to support and enhance Workday integrations, reporting, and platform configuration in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role focuses on building dependable solutions, solving platform issues, and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, improve, and maintain Workday integrations as well as custom reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, clarify, and analyze business needs.
• Develop tailored Workday solutions and workflow automations aligned to organizational requirements.
• Investigate platform issues and fix defects within the Workday environment.
• Protect data accuracy and help maintain secure Workday system operations.
• Prepare clear technical documentation covering specifications and development steps.
• Keep current with new Workday capabilities, updates, and product features.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday is expected.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules, particularly HCM and Financials.
• Practical experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
