Role Overview
This internship is for a Business Development (Sales) profile focused on client handling, lead management, property coordination, and sales support. The role involves working with the sales team and management to keep the client journey organized and effective.
Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, the selected intern will contribute to the sales process by coordinating meetings, supporting site visits, maintaining CRM records, and handling client communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to organize client meetings, recommend suitable property choices, and plan site visits in an orderly way.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records by entering client information, monitoring lead progress, and reviewing sales data for reporting and decision-making.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, suggest relevant property options, and support a positive client experience.
- Manage communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person discussions, while ensuring prompt follow-ups and building long-term professional relationships.
