About the internship
TimetableMaster is hiring a motivated Business Development Intern to support its growth efforts. This role gives practical exposure across sales, customer success, and outreach, with the chance to work closely with the team on client engagement, product demos, and market expansion in the education space.
What you’ll do
- Support the handling of inbound prospects coming through the company website and help move them through the sales funnel.
- Take part in online and on-site product demonstrations, showing schools and colleges how the platform streamlines complex timetable planning.
- Assist with follow-ups for trial users, keep communication active with clients, and contribute to conversion efforts.
- Help new customers get started by supporting setup, coordinating training, and resolving queries so the onboarding experience stays smooth.
- Research and reach out to key decision-makers such as principals, registrars, and directors at educational institutions to strengthen the sales pipeline.
