Role Summary
The Administrative Training Coordinator will support the end-to-end delivery of GLOMACS training programs across multiple regions. The position calls for strong planning abilities, polished bilingual communication in Arabic and English, and the confidence to coordinate smoothly with clients, trainers, suppliers, and internal departments. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a busy environment and focused on providing a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the timing, logistics, and execution of global training sessions, making sure instructors, course materials, and digital platforms are ready.
- Prepare and send professional correspondence in both Arabic and English to clients, trainers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate with venues, suppliers, and partners to ensure materials, resources, and services arrive on time.
- Partner with operations, marketing, and training support teams to keep all program activities running smoothly.
- Track schedules, flag possible delays or challenges, and escalate issues when needed.
- Keep organized records of sessions, attendance, evaluation results, and client comments.
- Compile reports for internal use and for clients, summarizing program results and performance.
- Respond promptly to participant and client questions, resolve concerns, and share updates in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of background in administrative coordination, project coordination, or training operations, ideally in training, consulting, or education.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to maintain a professional tone.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills, along with close attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities well, and handle responsibilities with limited oversight.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving international workplace.
