Role Overview

The company is looking for a full-time Air Export Coordinator for its Frankfurt/Kelsterbach location. In this position, you will manage air export shipments end to end, keep processes on track, and deliver strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outgoing air freight shipments and monitor each order through completion.
• Handle communication with customers and international partners.
• Prepare and process air freight documentation.
• Organize and manage transport planning for pre-carriage and on-carriage related to air shipments across Europe, based on customer needs.
• Create quotations and compare pricing options.
• Book cargo space with airlines and other partners.
• Carry out invoicing and order settlement.
• Oversee customs handling and verify that all required documents are complete.
• Work closely with colleagues and management to keep operations running smoothly.

Profile Required

The ideal candidate has completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or holds an equivalent qualification. You should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in air export, speak German and English fluently, and work in a structured, solution-focused, and well-organized manner. A strong customer mindset, initiative, flexibility, energy, and motivation are important, as is confidence in MS Office and TMS systems. Teamwork and resilience in time-sensitive situations are also essential.
