About the role

Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, is seeking a strong communicator to join its Invest by Metricon division. This team provides tailored property investment solutions along with ongoing support to help clients work toward their investment goals. The role focuses on creating positive first impressions, building trust with prospects, and supporting a high-performing property investment sales team. The position may be based in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm prospects while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assess and qualify leads, then schedule appointments with Property Investment Advisors and record them accurately in the CRM.
  • Manage the lead pipeline, including follow-ups, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly performance targets, such as call numbers and booked appointments.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to improve messaging, streamline processes, and contribute to team objectives.
