Role Overview

This position is responsible for assembling raw parts into sub-assemblies and finished products using small hand tools, following the approved Manufacturing Instruction. The role also involves checking quality, carrying out testing as defined in the Test Procedure, and maintaining compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory as well as EHS requirements.

Key Duties

• Build sub-assemblies and final assemblies from raw materials using small hand tools according to Manufacturing Instructions.
• Inspect completed work to confirm it meets the required quality specifications.
• Carry out testing in line with the stated test methods and procedure steps.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice requirements, along with other applicable regulations.
• Adhere to environmental, health, and safety procedures and standards.

Education and Experience

Applicants should have at least Primary or Secondary 2 education, preferably from a technical stream, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with primary education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Skills and Knowledge

The role calls for familiarity with mechanical assembly workmanship standards, basic computer literacy, and the ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English to follow instructions, policies, procedures, and written messages.
