Zizzi Restaurants is hiring an Assistant Manager in Bedford, England. The starting pay is £31,800 per year, along with tronc and additional benefits. What the role involves
- Take charge when the General Manager is absent, including shift leadership, team management, feedback, and reinforcing the company culture and values.
- Model and coach the key steps of the Zizzi customer service experience so the team delivers it consistently.
- Build strong knowledge of the menu and make sure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Work with the General Manager to achieve financial goals and monitor overall business performance.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently presents itself at its best and maintains a polished appearance.
