Role Overview

The company is looking for a motivated Associate Business Analyst with strong attention to detail, solid analytical ability, strong communication skills, and a data-first mindset. In this role, you will support product development by collecting, examining, and interpreting data to generate insights that shape product direction, improve the user journey, and support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

You will work on analysis, research, reporting, and product support across the lifecycle.

• Study large data sets to identify patterns, user trends, product performance signals, and market behavior.
• Track and refine key performance indicators to evaluate product success and user engagement.
• Turn analytical findings into clear recommendations that help improve features, functionality, and overall product performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to run user surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
• Convert user feedback into practical product ideas and improvement actions.
• Review competitor offerings and market shifts to spot risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Share insights on industry best practices and innovative product features to support strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate important metrics to stakeholders.
• Use data visualization tools to explain complex information in a simple, decision-friendly way.
• Support product managers throughout the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and other experiments to measure the effect of product changes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Statistics, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of business analytics experience.
• B.Tech or M.Tech from a premier institute such as IIT, NIT, or BITS.
• Hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a proven history of influencing decisions through data.
• Strong working knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, and Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
