Role Overview
Billion Dollar Boy US is hiring an Associate Creative Director to lead creator-led creative work that feels culturally sharp, visually strong, and emotionally engaging. The role sits at the crossroads of brands and culture, with a focus on ideas that earn attention, travel well across social and wider marketing channels, and stay authentic to the creator voice.
You’ll be expected to bring strong creative leadership, a high standard of craft, and a deep interest in culture, creators, and what makes content resonate. This position calls for someone who can move fluidly between concept, execution, and business thinking while guiding teams and clients with confidence.

What the Role Involves
In this position, you will lead creative thinking on major and complex briefs, mentor team members, and help raise the standard of creative craft across projects. You’ll be responsible for shaping ideas that are rooted in audience insight, creator culture, and platform behaviour, while ensuring the work supports both brand goals and business outcomes.
Creative Leadership
You’ll assess briefs carefully, uncover hidden opportunities, and set clear creative direction for each assignment. You’ll coach creatives day to day, help refine their thinking, and support their development through feedback, objective setting, and performance conversations when needed.
You’ll also act as a strong creative voice within the wider business, championing original thinking and sharing inspiring work with the broader team to help lift the quality of ideas across the agency.
Client and Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will serve as a senior creative partner to clients, building trusted relationships and presenting ideas with clarity and conviction. You’ll work closely with Strategy, Account, and Production to turn briefs into actionable creative responses and guide projects from concept through final delivery.
You’ll help steer feedback conversations, evolve ideas thoughtfully, and make sure the work remains relevant, effective, and strong at every stage of the process.
Commercial Thinking
The role also requires a solid grasp of the commercial side of creative work. You should understand how ideas affect cost, value, scalability, and growth, and be able to shape creative solutions that meet both brand and business needs.
