Role overview

This position is responsible for running the day-to-day facilities function across Cult, FF, and any other business format. The aim is to keep operations supported smoothly and maintain near-continuous service availability, targeting 99.9% uptime at all locations.

What you will handle

  • Oversee routine facilities operations and ensure operational teams receive timely support.
  • Track and close facilities-related tickets from center operations, audits, quality teams, and other channels using the relevant ticketing systems.
  • Put systems and procedures into practice on the ground so that facilities support remains aligned with the approved budget and uptime targets.
  • Manage support services in a cost-conscious way, work toward annual savings targets, and suggest new ideas to reduce operating costs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and their assigned points of contact to maintain uninterrupted service, while also setting up backup options for critical vendors to manage emergencies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors who can perform regular maintenance work across centers.
  • Oversee testing of machines and equipment from a business continuity perspective with help from AMCs and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Plan and supervise refresh and facelift activities, ensuring the work is completed on time.
  • Check the quality of workmanship and materials used by vendors and highlight improvement areas along with the benefits of suggested changes.
  • Maintain and circulate MIS and facilities-related data such as provisions, PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget-versus-actual reports for the relevant regions.
  • Carry out regular inspections and verification checks so that all systems continue to operate efficiently and downtime is avoided.
