Job Summary
This remote role is suited for a highly organized professional who can keep administrative and operational workflows running smoothly. The position focuses on handling records, documentation, data work, and coordination with internal teams to support everyday business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep company files, databases, and supporting documents up to date and well organized.
- Carry out data entry, checking, and validation with a high level of accuracy.
- Create reports, spreadsheets, and other internal business paperwork as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide day-to-day operational and administrative assistance.
- Handle invoices, orders, and internal service requests when required.
- Manage email correspondence and follow up on administrative tasks.
- Protect sensitive company and customer information at all times.
- Complete assigned work and workflow tasks within required timelines.
- Look for opportunities to streamline and improve back-office processes.
- Assist with compliance, recordkeeping, and audit-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a background in business, commerce, administration, or a related discipline, along with hands-on experience in back-office, data entry, admin support, or operations work. Strong computer skills are needed, especially in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as Google Workspace. The role also calls for fast and accurate typing, strong organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and careful attention to detail. Good written and spoken communication skills are important, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
