Role overview

TRG is hiring a bartender to join its airport hospitality operation in Hounslow. This role is focused on creating a positive guest experience, serving drinks with care, and helping keep the bar running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

You will greet guests warmly, suggest drinks when appropriate, prepare beverages to a high standard, and make sure the bar area stays clean, organised, and ready for service. Because these are busy airport sites, you will also need to work closely with your teammates and step in wherever support is needed.

Working pattern

The role is based on-site in an airport setting. Shifts may begin as early as 3:00 am, so candidates should be comfortable with early starts and varied hours. The business notes that early starts can also mean early finishes.

Eligibility

Because of alcohol licensing rules, applicants must be at least 18 years old. Candidates must also be able to provide a 5-year history covering work, education, and personal references, and be willing to complete a criminal record check.
