Role Overview
Brunae Body is hiring a Brand Manager to help define and strengthen the brand across social media, partnerships, events, product launches, and related initiatives. This is more than a publishing or coordination role: you will help shape what the brand represents, how it communicates, and the audience it connects with.
The position carries significant ownership. You will have real creative influence and work closely with the founder to guide the brand's next phase of growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Shape and maintain brand positioning so Brunae Body's visual identity, tone of voice, and cultural presence stay consistent and clearly differentiated.
- Set the direction for social and content output, ensuring every post supports the brand strategy rather than simply filling a content calendar.
- Plan and deliver collaborations, events, and activations by finding the right partners, opportunities, and experiences, then taking them from concept through execution.
- Own the story and go-to-market approach for product launches, turning product features into compelling market-facing narratives.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and external partners to secure strong international opportunities while holding a high standard of communication and delivery.
What We Need
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or content, with experience in beauty, suncare, or lifestyle being a plus.
- A strong understanding of brand strategy and why it matters in shaping customer perception and loyalty.
- A discerning creative eye, with the ability to turn brand direction into content that both looks good and performs well.
- Proven ability to manage collaborations, events, or campaigns from planning through completion.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the social media landscape and how to work effectively within it.
- Clear, confident communication skills for working with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced environment where independent ownership is expected.
