Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of the company’s international customer base. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vadodara with an on-site work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify promising business leads.
- Spot new revenue opportunities and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Lead client discussions, deliver presentations, and handle commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Meet monthly sales goals and compile sales performance reports.
Experience Required
