Role Overview
This part-time Business Development Manager position is based in Abu Dhabi and offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing some work to be done from home. The role focuses on growing the platform’s footprint across the GCC by identifying fresh business opportunities and developing strong partnerships with employers and other stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
You will spend time prospecting for new leads, reaching out to potential clients, meeting employers, preparing tailored proposals, and driving discussions through to agreement. The position also requires close coordination with internal teams so that service offerings match client requirements and business goals.
In addition, you will monitor market movements, gather insights from the field, share feedback that helps refine products and processes, and produce regular updates on sales results, pipeline progress, and market trends to support planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Well-developed abilities in business development and sales, including lead generation, pipeline handling, and negotiation.
- Background in managing client and account relationships, preferably in recruitment, HR, or closely related service industries.
- Good awareness of the GCC employment market, local business customs, and employer expectations across different sectors.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- Capacity to work autonomously in a hybrid setup while managing time well and delivering on part-time targets and deadlines.
- Comfort using CRM systems, basic analytical tools, and common business productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Previous exposure to business development, recruitment services, or online platforms will be an added advantage.
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
Additional Information
This role is designed for part-time contribution with flexibility for remote work as part of a hybrid setup. The scope includes reporting, market intelligence, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination in support of expansion objectives across the GCC region.
