About the Internship
Craftico Creations Private Limited is a design-focused startup working on home decor concepts and handcrafted paintings for a wider audience. The company is now looking to expand into multiple design-related verticals. This role is for a business development intern who will support lead generation, outreach, client communication, and sales coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Find and assess potential leads through different channels.
- Contact prospects by phone, email, and social media.
- Explain and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- Stay in touch with leads and keep communication active.
- Arrange meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Record and maintain customer details in CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Support monthly goals for sales and lead generation.
- Carry out basic research on the market and competitors.
- Prepare sales updates and monitor outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Good communication and people skills.
- Comfortable handling client conversations and sales discussions.
- Self-driven approach with a strong focus on targets.
- Foundational understanding of sales and business development.
- Ability to use MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Open to learning and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
