Role overview

Avaloq is hiring a Business Support Associate to join the Sales Operations team in Singapore. This position suits someone with a diploma and at least 2 years of work experience who wants to develop a career in procurement, vendor coordination, and marketing support. Team context

The Sales Operations function supports the company’s global sales organisation across APAC and other key regions. It ensures disciplined, accurate, and efficient execution throughout the sales cycle. Within this function, the Business Support team helps leadership stay effective, coordinates work across teams, and supports marketing and event activities in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between the Global Head of Project Delivery and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Run a demanding calendar across multiple time zones, including prioritising requests, resolving clashes, and protecting leadership time for strategic work.
  • Coordinate and support executive meetings and engagements such as global leadership sessions, partner and client meetings, and internal off-site events.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries for the Global Head of Project Delivery and APAC Managing Director, including flights, accommodation, visa support, and policy compliance.
  • Support expense submission and tracking for stakeholders, including tools such as Pro-time.
  • Keep actions moving across teams by coordinating follow-ups and ensuring alignment on leadership tasks.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align on initiatives and keep accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and costs.
  • Assist with marketing and communications tasks as needed.
  • Source and coordinate vendors for marketing collateral such as promotional items and merchandise, while ensuring timely and economical delivery.
  • Maintain office and marketing stock levels and manage inventory records.
  • Monitor marketing spending and cost efficiency, with proper documentation and budget oversight.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and delivery of internal and external corporate events.

Qualifications and requirements

  • A diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Strong organisational ability with close attention to detail.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools or software.
