The opportunity

NuStream is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to help convert early momentum into a repeatable and scalable revenue engine. This role owns the commercial operating model from end to end, including sales operations, sales enablement, and the product and implementation expertise that links what the company builds to what customers buy and what is ultimately delivered.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for making the commercial machine run reliably and consistently across markets.

  • Run sales operations by managing pipeline discipline, CRM accuracy, forecasting, deal flow, proposals, pricing, contract movement, and reporting so the sales process becomes structured and repeatable.
  • Support sales enablement by giving the team and partners clear messaging, presentation materials, demos, ROI tools, and training to sell consistently.
  • Act as the product and implementation specialist by delivering credible demos, scoping projects, and answering operational questions from prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Bridge product, sales, and customer needs by translating the roadmap into commercial value and feeding market feedback back to the Product team.
  • Own delivery and customer success so signed clients go live successfully, renew, expand, and receive coordinated support across field operations, data quality, model performance, and customer touchpoints.
  • Build cross-market operating standards across the Philippines, Pakistan, Indonesia, and other markets, working directly in-country and with partners where appropriate.
  • Establish the operating cadence through reviews, KPI tracking, accountability, and metrics that show whether the business system is working.

About you

The ideal candidate brings deep CPG and FMCG retail knowledge across Asia-Pacific, especially Indonesia, Pakistan, and the Philippines, including familiarity with general trade, modern trade, and eCommerce channels in these markets.

You should have a track record of scaling multi-market, field-led operations on the ground, ideally in Southeast Asia, in sectors such as CPG, retail execution, or logistics.

You need to be commercially sharp and hands-on, able to run a convincing product demo and scope an implementation rather than managing only from a distance.

Experience building sales operations and enablement systems is important, including ownership of CRM, forecasting, deal management, and field training.

You should think in systems, turning effective practices into repeatable processes with clear documentation and measurable metrics.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working in an early-stage environment with a high degree of autonomy and direct access to founders.
