Role Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in designated areas
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to management
• Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue as required
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures is an advantage
