Role overview

The IMA Group is hiring a meticulous Clinical Operations Assistant for a fully remote, full-time position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you will help keep clinical workflows running smoothly by managing scheduling, handling medical paperwork, updating records, and supporting a consistent experience for clients and healthcare providers.

Key duties

  • Arrange and manage client appointment schedules.
  • Examine medical files and diagnostic documentation to confirm that all required records are present.
  • Submit and process examination requests using both digital and manual workflows.
  • Update internal systems with accurate and current information.
  • Track missing diagnostics and obtain reports when follow-up is needed.
  • Coordinate with clinical offices, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate billing mismatches and support general administrative tasks.
  • Organize calendars, files, correspondence, and reporting materials.
