Role Overview

The Unified Communications Analyst is responsible for hands-on support of more than 5,600 mobile devices across the organization. The role covers device setup, user onboarding, troubleshooting, mobile device management administration, and preparing device shipments to MLH facilities. The position also supports Microsoft Teams and follows the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values in day-to-day conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for mobile device management needs across departments and end users.
  • Place mobile device orders whenever required.
  • Build and update MDM policies and device settings to match application needs.
  • Set up new devices and replace existing ones as needed.

  • Complete shipping labels and process shipment requests for devices going to MLH facilities.
  • Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications
