Role overview

The Events Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Director of Events and Basketball Operations to help run selected event operations, support sales proposal and recap work, and handle internal administration for the ESPN Events division.

  • Deliver on-site operational assistance for a range of basketball and football events owned by ESPN Events.
  • Contribute to projects tied to owned-and-operated events, including ticketing plans, marketing support, and game-day operations.
  • Help recruit teams for basketball events, monitor team participation, and maintain historical event records.
  • Provide operational help for the division, including sales support, inventory oversight, and fulfillment activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the events team, such as managing event gifts and inventory, as well as supporting accounting and budget tracking for assigned events.
  • Take on additional related responsibilities as needed.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment or a large event-driven setting.
