About the Role

FedEx is seeking a dedicated Courier to join our Ground Operations team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and safe completion of operational processes, including dispatch, pick-up, and delivery of domestic and international shipments. You will be responsible for executing operational tasks at station and hub locations, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-road operations, including dispatch, pick-up, and delivery of shipments.
• Handle both domestic and international pick-ups and deliveries.
• Perform packing and ensure the secure handling of packages.
• Provide excellent customer service during pick-up and delivery interactions.
• Complete operational processes at station and hub locations, potentially including ramp and sort operations.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and within established timelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling shipments and documentation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage delivery routes and schedules effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
