Key responsibilities

• Build a complete, accurate, and objective KPI and monitoring framework aligned with business goals and operating models, then use it to evaluate overall business health and identify problem areas.
• Carry out focused, topic-based analysis to investigate business issues and provide data-backed input for operational decisions, marketing direction, product planning, and related business choices.
• Refine analytical methods and monitoring frameworks, translate findings into data product needs, work with development and product teams, and help drive those data products into production.
• Partner with internal teams to organize training sessions and knowledge sharing on data-related concepts, skills, methods, and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, information technology, economics, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior exposure to digital currency, internet, or e-commerce businesses is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical reasoning and data intuition, with the ability to isolate key outcomes from large datasets and uncover deeper shifts and root causes behind surface-level business trends.
• Hands-on ability with SQL for data extraction and solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and similar tools.
• Strong logical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to independently prepare business data analysis reports.
• Good understanding of business processes and operating models, with the ability to spot opportunities from a business-growth perspective.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, plus prior cross-functional and cross-team project exposure, with the ability to drive execution independently.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and time management skills for a fast-moving work setting.
