About the Role
Remote VA is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The primary function of this role is to accurately input, update, and manage diverse information within the company's systems. Success in this position hinges on a keen eye for detail, robust organizational capabilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting data into company databases and systems with precision.
- Identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies to uphold data integrity.
- Managing and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Performing copy-paste tasks into website interfaces.
- Conducting price checks as required.
- Adhering to company protocols and confidentiality standards for sensitive information.
Requirements
- Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated high typing speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
