Role Overview
This full-time onsite opportunity is for a Data Entry Clerk based in the Middle East. The role focuses on keeping company records accurate, current, and well-organized across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Input new information and revise existing records in databases, spreadsheets, or internal tools with a high level of speed and precision.
- Check submitted data to make sure it is complete, correct, and aligned with company guidelines.
- Carry out regular reviews and quality checks on recorded information.
- Handle confidential records carefully and protect sensitive data at all times.
- Collect, retrieve, and process documents, reports, and other required information when needed.
- Work with different teams to keep data consistent and accurate across departments.
- Stay on track with daily and weekly goals for productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work is expected.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, along with data entry applications.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Strong focus on detail and good organizational habits.
- Ability to work on your own and manage time efficiently.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
