Role Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Data Insights Analyst who is analytical, detail-focused, and eager to turn data into practical business intelligence. In this full-time onsite position, you will work with business, operations, and management teams to gather data, study performance patterns, and convert findings into clear recommendations that support better decisions and smoother operations.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, cleanse, check, and analyze data from different business and operational sources.
- Spot trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators and share routine performance updates.
- Produce insights that can guide strategic planning and day-to-day decisions.
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis to help solve business problems and evaluate opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across datasets and reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business goals.
- Explain findings and recommendations in a simple, structured, and actionable way.
- Record data definitions, reporting methods, and analytical workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and analysis functions.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for extracting and reporting data.
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is considered an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Understanding of KPIs, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Internship exposure, academic projects, or other prior analytics experience will be beneficial.
