Role overview
Prolific Brands is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong focus on performance-driven creative for Meta platforms and Amazon. This position is centered on building visuals that are meant to convert, with an emphasis on testing, iteration, and volume production rather than purely aesthetic design.
Core responsibilities
- Create persuasive ad assets for Facebook and Instagram, including static formats, carousels, and concept-based variations.
- Develop and refine creatives using structured testing approaches such as hooks, angles, and format variations.
- Produce multiple creative versions to support large-scale A/B testing.
- Contribute to ad concepts, messaging ideas, and hook development.
- Design Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, storefront visuals, and infographics.
- Apply an understanding of Amazon conversion principles to improve click-through and conversion performance.
- Adjust creative based on keyword intent, product advantages, and competitor positioning.
- Work inside organized creative systems with many variations in hooks, offers, and visuals.
- Use performance feedback and data insights to guide the next round of creative improvements.
- Protect brand consistency while still testing fresh concepts and new directions.
- Incorporate AI tools into the creative process for ideation, image generation, editing, and faster production.
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflow speed and output quality through AI-assisted methods.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with agency experience considered an advantage.
- Hands-on work in both Meta ad creative and Amazon listing design.
- Clear understanding of performance creative and conversion-focused design.
- Experience using creative testing structures or creative stack frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Practical experience using AI tools in creative production, such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Runway.
- Ability to deliver large volumes of work while keeping quality standards high.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving agency-style environment.
- Portfolio and work examples should demonstrate relevant ad creative and Amazon design capability.
