Role overview

Westpac is seeking a Director in Group Strategy to help define the bank’s future direction. In this role, you will work with senior leaders to tackle complex business issues, uncover growth opportunities, and convert strategic ideas into practical outcomes.

What you will do

You will manage strategy initiatives end to end, from framing the problem through to forming recommendations and supporting execution.
