Role Overview

The Document Control Center position is focused on maintaining accurate, controlled, and compliant production and quality documentation. The role supports the flow of technical documents across teams and ensures records remain current, traceable, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the control and administration of production and quality-related documentation.
  • Keep bills of materials, work instructions, technical drawings, and process documents current and properly circulated.
  • Check that documents are accurate, version-managed, and aligned with customer and ISO requirements.
  • Work with engineering, production, and quality departments on document updates and release cycles.
  • Assist in audit preparation by arranging records, maintaining traceability, and following disciplined documentation practices.
  • Use ERP tools and Microsoft Office effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.

Requirements

  • Experience of 3 to 7 years in a relevant document control or documentation management environment.
  • Strong familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams.
  • Knowledge of document versioning, control processes, and compliance practices.
  • Educational background in BE, BTech, or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
