This role sits within a major Saudi Arabian programme and offers the chance to support one of the largest developments in the country. The project brings together mixed-use elements such as sports venues, entertainment, and arts, supported by the necessary infrastructure. Key Duties

Maintain project information in line with internal procedures and system standards. Support the onboarding of internal staff and external stakeholders onto project systems. Carry out quality checks on incoming documents and ensure they meet required standards. Set up and manage distribution groups so information reaches the right people efficiently. Keep the work package matrix up to date and route documents correctly. Prepare and share in-app reports to assist project teams.
